Sub: Application for increasing common room facilities.
Sir/Madam,
We, the students of your school would like to draw your kind attention to an important matter. It is regarding our common room. Like other schools, we have a common room in our school. But it is a matter of regret that its facilities are very poor. There is lack of enough space, chairs and table in the common room. As a result, we are to spend our leisure period idly gossiping or wandering to and fro. So we need adequate chairs and tables as early as possible. We also need a carom board and at least two chess boards. We have only a daily and a weekly. We need two other dailies and weeklies and a monthly magazine.
So, we therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to make our common room enriched with all facilities.
