Subject: Application for a Seat in the School Hostel
Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am a regular student of class (ix) in your school. My Section is A and my class roll is 02. My father is a Government employee. Of late, he has been transferred from Dhaka to Rajshahi. He will join his new working place there on the coming month. Our family will be shifted to Rajshahi within this month. My parents want me to go with them. I do not want to leave my school. But I have no relative in Dhaka with whom I can stay here safely. This problem can be easily solved if I get a seat in the school hostel. I know that the supervision of the hostel is good and my parents will feel safe.
I, therefore, hope and believe that considering my condition, you would be kind enough to allot me a seat in the school hostel and oblige thereby.
