Sir,

We, the students of class 9 of your school would like to draw your kind attention about an urgent matter. It is about opening morning school.

You know that this year, summer is much hotter than the other years. Our school is a not a residential school. We are to attend classes from our home everyday. Our classes start at 10:30am. Many of us come from distant place. Recently some students have become sick due to the scorching heat of the sun. Beside this, the roads also remain busy in this time. This problem is hampering our study. If our classes start at 7:30, it will be comfortable for us to attend the classes.

So, we therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to start morning school as soon as possible and oblige thereby.

Dear Madam,

We want to draw your kind attention about an urgent issue. Usually, our classes start at 10:30am and breaks up at 4:30pm. You know that this is the hottest summer of the last one decade. Due to the scorching heat of the sun, we feel very much tired on our way to school and also when we return from school. Beside this, traffic jam doubles our sufferings. If our classes are taken from 8am, we shall feel comfortable to come to school and to be more attentive in our classes. The other benefit of this time is, roads are free in this time.

 

In this circumstance, we hope and believe that, you will kindly consider the fact and take necessary steps immediately.
