Early Rising

Early rising means getting up early in the morning, especially at dawn. It is a good habit for people of all ages. People who get up early in the morning are benefited in many ways. The person who rises early in the morning can utilize the time by taking physical exercise or morning walk in the open air. Both morning walk and physical exercise make a man physically strong and mentally cheerful. Beside this, the morning air strengthens our heart. Early rising is a good opportunity to enjoy the charm of beauty of the nature. There is a calm and serene atmosphere everywhere. The refined nature laughs to welcome the rising sun. Flowers, green leaves and the chirping of the birds make our mind sinless. Seeing the beautiful gifts and the colorful nature, we wonder about the creative power of Almighty. In fact, early morning is considered as a divine time according to most of the religions. It is the best time for prayer. In an early morning, walking by the river side or through open field broadens the horizon of our mind. Beside all these, an early riser gets much time to perform his daily work. He can start his day earlier. An English proverb says, "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."  In a nutshell, rising early is a little habit, but it can provide us with a big and successful life. So, all of us should be accustomed to the habit of rising early for a happy and prosperous life.

Early Rising

Early rising means getting up early in the morning, especially at dawn. It offers many advantages. It is a good habit for people of all ages. 
 
Early rising is a positive and healthy habit. There is an old and famous saying: “Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy, and wise.” People who get up early in the morning are benefited in many ways. 

The person who rises early in the morning get more time. He can utilize the time by taking physical exercise or morning walk in the open air. Both help a man physically strong and mentally cheerful. Rising early is a very good practice for a student. 
 
An early riser get a good opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the nature. There is a calm and serene atmosphere everywhere. The refined nature laughs to welcome the rising sun. Flowers, green leaves and the chirping of the birds make our mind sinless. In an early morning, walking by the river side or through open field broadens the horizon of our mind. 

Beside all these, an early riser gets much time to perform his daily work. He can start his day earlier. In a nutshell, rising early is a little habit, but it can provide us with a big success.  In contrast, those who wake up late face many challenges. They struggle to attend classes, meetings or appointments. It can affect their personal and professional lives. Waking up late also means rushing through the day that causes stress and anxiety. 

Rising early is considered as a divine habit. It is the best time for prayer. So, all of us should practice this habit for a happy and prosperous life.
