I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your esteemed institution. I have studied here for five years. You will be delightful to know that I have passed the S.S.C examination this year and got GPA-5. My academic career is not unknown to you. I received a good many certificates and awards from the school authority. I was a member of language club, debating club and music club and the president of a voluntary team which was formed by you. Every year I received prize for cent percent presence. Now I want to get myself admitted into a famous college. So I need a testimonial now.

In this circumstances, I hope and believe that, you would kindly issue me a testimonial so that I can get admitted into college and oblige thereby.

Dear Sir,

We, the inhabitants of the municipality want to draw your kind attention about the wretched condition of the roads of the city. We have repeatedly informed the municipal authority regarding this. But we have got only commitments. though you are newly recruited here, we hope you have already got an inkling of the fact. You know that the rainy season is drawing near. If the roads are not repaired soon, the city life will be miserable in near future. During the last one month, there took place 3 accidents in different places of the city. Even walking on foot in night is dangerous due to big holes of the roads let alone driving.

 

We fervently hope that you will take it as urgent and take proper steps to repair the damaged roads of the city as early as possible.

We are enjoying almost all the modern facilities here. But we have no literary club in the school. During the tiffin period most student pass their time loitering here and there. If there had been a literary club in the school, we would have got opportunity to utilize our valuable time by reading literary books written by famous writers. It will increase our knowledge about literature and enhance our creativity. Literary discussion will widen the domain of our thought.

We, the students of your school beg respectfully to state that our school is one of the oldest and famous in our locality. We feel proud of it for so many good reasons. But it is a matter of regret that there in no debating club in our school. You know that debating is a good opportunity to expose our latent talents. We think such a club will train up ourselves in the art of oratory. Our mental faculty and horizon of knowledge will be broad. We are keenly interested to debate with other schools of the city. We shall organize the inter-section debate competition annually also.
