Food is essential for our body. It is not at all possible for us to live without food. But all kinds of foods are not useful to our body. We must have to eat good foods. Good food refers to that particular food which is good for our health. Such kinds of foods are called nutritious food. These nutritious foods must contain some natural substances that our body needs to grow properly and stay healthy. Some nutritious foods that are available in our country are small fishes, rice, fruits, vegetables, milk etc. We must eat vegetables and fruits. They contain a lot of vitamins and minerals which are essential for our body. They keep our body free from various kinds of diseases. They are also good for our overall health. Besides, we need to drink milk everyday. Milk is highly rich in calcium. It takes care of our bones and teeth. But it is not wise to eat any food much even if it is good healthy to us. In fact, to extra is always wrong. Eating too much is also detrimental to our health. We should eat a certain amount of foods regularly that are needed for our body. All people do not need the same kind of food. It depends on a person’s growth and physical structure.
