Celebrating a birthday party is basically a part of western culture. But today, it has become a familiar function of our country. It comes once a year in a person's life. So, it is a joyous event for all specially to the young. If anybody wants to celebrate his birthday party, he is to do certain things. Firstly, he will invite his relatives and friends. He will decorate the room where he wants to celebrate his birthday. He will order a birthday special cake. He will make a menu with the help of his parents. He may arrange a sound system if he likes music. On the fixed day, he will put on his new dress. The birthday cake will be placed in the middle of the room so that the invited guests can stand around it. Then he will blow off the max candles standing on the cake and cut the cake while the well-wishers will be singing "Happy Birthday to you." Then he will distribute the cake to all. After that the honourable guest will be served with delicious foods and soft drinks. After completing the feast, a short cultural programme can be arranged. There may be dancing, music, story, jokes and soon. Finally, the guests will leave wishing him many happy returns of the day. Thus the celebration will be finished Birthday is a much waited occasion for every well to do person. But those who are poor and can not afford three meals a day, this celebration is nothing but a luxury for them.
