One day some school boys were playing in their playground. It was mid-day. Suddenly they heard a hue and cry nearby. It was coming from a house near to their school. The boys stopped playing and rushed to the spot.
When they reached the house, they saw a heavy smoke coming out of the house. It was on fire. There was no adult person on that time. Only a few women and children were running to and fro. They were crying bitterly and trying to stop the fire. A woman was shouting for help as her little baby was in a room of the burning house. The boys realized that something must be done immediately to save the baby. But there were flames of fire on all sides of the room. It was very difficult to enter into the room. The boys were intelligent and brave. They started thinking about the situation very swiftly. One of them was really heroic. At once he ran into the house ignoring the blazing fire. He found a little baby asleep in a cradle. The boy took it carefully and came out extinguish the fire by throwing water with bucket. Within a few minutes, the other villagers gathered there. They tried to put out the fire in a body and became successful in a short time. All the villagers charmed at the bravery of the boys.
On the following day, the headmaster of the school heard about the heroic deed of his boys, He praised them and congratulated them highly. He felt proud of his students. The little baby's parents were most grateful to all of them. To speak the truth such heroic deeds are always praised by all.
