Sir/Madam,
I am a regular student of class (ix) of your school. As usual I have attended my classes in time today. But, suddenly I am attacked with severe pain in my stomach. I have already had medicine from the nearby pharmacy. But there is no sign of improvement. Rather I am feeling a bad headache. Hence, it is almost impossible on my part to continue the rest classes. So I need an early leave now. I have phoned my mother and she is coming to take me home.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly permit me an early leave considering my physical condition and oblige thereby.
