I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your esteemed institution. I have been studying here for 5 years. I have got both primary and junior scholarship from this school. I love my school very much. But the unfortunate matter is- I have to leave my beloved school. Because my father is a Banker and recently he has transferred to khulna. My parents have decided to go to khulna very soon. As I am their only child, they will not allow me to stay in hostel here. So I have no other alternative to get admitted into a school at Khulna. For this, I need a transfer certificate from you.

In the above situation, I hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate as early as possible and oblige thereby.

We, the students of your school would like to draw your kind attention about an important matter. Our school is one of the oldest educational institutions of the city. Our school has good name and fame across the country too. It is almost perfect with all sorts of educational facilities. But it is matter of regret that there is no science club in our school. You know that a science club will be very useful for us all. It will help us to enrich our scientific knowledge in this age of science. It also will be a good opportunity for us to practice scientific research. You know that such a club will broaden the horizon of our knowledge too.

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your school. I am in class (VIII) and my Roll Number is 02. I want to draw your kind attention about an urgent matter. I could not pay my tuition fees for the months of January and February as my father was in financial hardship. For the last few months he did not get his salary. This caused to us much sufferings. Now he has solved his problem and I am able to pay my fees.
