Subject: Application for increasing books in the library
Sir/Madam,
We, the students of your school would like to draw your kind attention to an important matter. It is regarding our poor library. We do not have sufficient books in our library. As you know that it is not possible to prepare good notes without informative and latest books. Most of the books are old and some are not of any use. Besides, there is lack of enough space, chairs and tables in the library room. Our school is well-reputed for ages. So, our school library must be enriched with all types of modern amenities. We humbly request you to fix a fixed amount per year for the maintenance of the library.
We, therefore, pray and hope that your mind would be kind enough to take necessary steps to make our library up to date so that we can be much benefited.
