Application to Headmaster for Morning School

 To,

The Headmaster

X High School, Badda

Dhaka- 1219

Subject: Prayer for morning school.

Sir,

We, the students of class 9 of your school would like to draw your kind attention about an urgent matter. It is about opening morning school.

You know that this year, summer is much hotter than the other years. Our school is a not a residential school. We are to attend classes from our home everyday. Our classes start at 10:30am. Many of us come from distant place. Recently some students have become sick due to the scorching heat of the sun. Beside this, the roads also remain busy in this time. This problem is hampering our study. If our classes start at 7:30, it will be comfortable for us to attend the classes.

So, we therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to start morning school as soon as possible and oblige thereby.

Sir/Madam,

We, the students of your school would like to draw your kind attention to an important matter. Our school is one of the most favourite schools of the city. But it is a matter of great regret that we have no common room in our school. As a result, we are to spend our leisure period idly gossiping or wandering to and fro. If there was a common room with enough space, chairs and tables, we would utilize our time. We also need a carom board and at least two chess boards. We have only a daily and a weekly. We need two other dailies and weeklies and a monthly magazine after setting up the common room.

So, we therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a enriched common room with all facilities.

The Headmistress

'A' High School

Khulna.

Subject: Application for setting up a literary club.

Dear Madam,

We, the students of your school respectfully beg to state that we are keen to organize a literary club in our school. It is a matter of pride that we read in one of the best institutions of the city. We are enjoying almost all the modern facilities here. But we have no literary club in the school. During the tiffin period most student pass their time loitering here and there. If there had been a literary club in the school, we would have got opportunity to utilize our valuable time by reading literary books written by famous writers. It will increase our knowledge about literature and enhance our creativity. Literary discussion will widen the domain of our thought.

We, there fore, pray and hope that you would be gracious enough to set up a literary club in the school campus considering our proposal with sympathy.
