Responsibility of a Boy
Once there was a school boy named Suman. He was a responsible boy. Whenever he saw any man in distress, he used to help him/her cordially.
One day he was returning home after completing his classes. When he was crossing the road, he saw a crowd not very far from him. He rushed to the crowd and saw an old woman lying. The woman was senseless. Suman noticed that everybody was talking about the minibus that had pushed the undone lady. But none was thinking of taking her to hospital. Suman thought to himself that he must do something to save the wounded woman. He went near the woman and felt her pulse. He found that the woman was alive. There was profuse bleeding from her wounds. She was trying to tell something but that was not clear as she was very much wounded. Suman managed a rickshaw quickly and lifted her on the rickshaw with the help of a man. He took her to the nearest hospital. She was treated as emergency patient there. She was immediately taken to operation theatre. At last, the woman came out of danger by the grace of God. The doctors thanked Suman for bringing her timely. In the meantime the women got sense. She expressed her unending gratefulness to Suman. After that Suman informed the woman's relatives describing the happening. Being informed, they all came and thanked Suman for saving a life.
Suman thought about all these as his responsibility and so he did. We also should think like him and come forward to help others in distress. There will be no grief in our society if we feel for other like the responsible boy.
