Dear/Madam,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class (ix) in your school. I could not attend my classes from the 20th to the 25th instant on account of the marriage ceremony of my sister. I had to do a lot of works and help my parents at home. Hence, I could not attend my valuable classes. I will be highly obliged if you grant me a leave of absence for six days.
I, therefore, hope and believe that your mind would be kind enough to grant me a leave of absence those days only.
