Health is the most valuable wealth of a man. It is the source of all happiness. A healthy man can enjoy a happy and long life even if he is poor. If we keep our body fit, our mind also becomes sound. There is an old saying that says, "a sound mind lies in a sound body." To keep our body fit, we have to abide by some rules of health. Many people do not know these rules. First of all, we have to get up early in the morning to keep ourselves fit. Rising early in the morning, we can go out for a walk in the fresh air. It will refresh our body and mind. Then we should take exercise to keep our body and muscles strong. Next we should eat a balanced diet. In fact, we should eat the right food at the right time. After that, we must have to drink clean and safe water. It will help us to digest our food, to control the temperature of our body and to keep our blood circulation normal. Everyday we should take bath at a definite time. At afternoon, we should take part in various types of outdoor games like football, cricket, tennis etc. We have to maintain cleanliness always. Above all, we should take rest properly and have a sound sleep. This two is very important to keep our body fit. Finally we should go to bed early, better by 11 o'clock. Thus, we can keep ourselves fit and active.
