We, the inhabitants of your area would like to draw your kind attention about a serious matter, Most probably, you are known to the fact that recently cholera has broken out in our locality. It has already taken several valuable life. Many others are gravely suffering from it. But it is a matter of great regret that no vaccination work has yet been started. We have informed the local health office about this. But they are helpless as there is no vaccine in their office. In no time, the situation may be turned to an epidemic form.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider the matter urgent and take necessary steps to provide vaccination in our locality as soon as possible.

Subject: Application for constructing a bridge.

Sir,

We, the inhabitants of village named Rasulpur, would like to draw your kind attention about a serious matter. You know that our village is divided into two parts by a large canal. The regretful matters is, there is no bridge over the canal. Hence, our suffering knows no bounds. Our high school is located at the south part of the village and the only market is in the north part. The students and the other people are to cross the canal everyday by boat. During the rainy season it is very risky to cross the canal. Besides, after evening, ferry-boats are not available. our former chairman did not take any step about this. You promised us about constructing the bridge.

 

In the circumstances, we, therefore, hope and believe that you will take necessary steps as early as possible to fulfill your promise that you made to us.

Sir/Madam,

We, the inhabitants of Kashalia, would like to draw your kind attention to the acute scarcity of drinking water in our village. It is a matter of great regret that there is no tube-well in our village. So our women have to fetch drinking water from a mile away. Very often, we have to drink dirty water of the nearby ponds and canals. As a result, many men suffer from cholera, dysentery, typhoid etc. and die a premature death every year. Children are the worst sufferers of this. We are badly in need of a tube-well in our village.

 

In the above circumstances, we, therefore pray and hope that you would consider this problem and allot us a deep tube well in our village as early as possible.
