Sub: Application for a short leave.

 

Sir/Madam,

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your school. I am in class nine bearing roll number 03. Like other days, today I reached my school before the class starts. In the meantime, I have attended 4 classes also. But now it is not possible for me to continue the rest of the classes. I am attacked by a sudden headache. It is notable here that I have sinusitis problem. It is not unknown to you that how much painful it is! So I have to go home now.  Hence, I need a short leave after the fifth period today.

 

So, I, therefore, pray and hope that your mind would be kind enough to grant me a short leave and oblige thereby.
