Sir/Madam,

 

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your school. I would like to inform you that recently my mother has been admitted in hospital due to her sudden sickness. I have no other brother or sister to take care of her. My father is now abroad. So I have to be on her side at this time. Hence, I need at least 3 days leave in advance from 13^th to 15^th instant.

 

So, I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me an advance leave of 3 days and oblige thereby.
