Sir/Madam

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of your school. I am in class (VIII) and my Roll Number is 02. I want to draw your kind attention about an urgent matter. I could not pay my tuition fees for the months of January and February as my father was in financial hardship. For the last few months he did not get his salary. This caused to us much sufferings. Now he has solved his problem and I am able to pay my fees.

I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to excuse my delay fines. I shall be highly obliged to you.
