Dear Madam
We, the students of your school would like to draw your kind attention about an important matter. Our school is one of the oldest educational institutions of the city. Our school has good name and fame across the country too. It is almost perfect with all sorts of educational facilities. But there is no English Language club in the school. You know that a language club will be very useful for us all. It will help us to enrich our communicative skills of English specially in speaking. It will be a good opportunity for us to practise English more and more. Besides, it will be easy for us to speak English fluently through conversational learning.
We, therefore, request and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to form a Language club in our school and oblige thereby.
