Sir/Madam,

We, the students of class nine and ten of your school would like to draw your kind attention. You know that there is an exciting cricket match between our school and the Zilla School. The match will be held on the Zilla School ground today. This is a final match. We don’t want to miss this pleasant event. We want to encourage our team sitting on the venue. You know that, our presence will enhance the confidence of our players. So we need a half holiday today. Earlier, we invited you to enjoy this match with us. We will be very glad if you join and lead us on the ground. 

 

We, therefore, hope and believe that you would be kind enough to grant us a half-holiday today and join with us if possible.
