Sir/Madam,

We, the students of class (VIII) of your school, beg most respectfully to state that we would like to arrange a friendly handball match our school and the X High School. You know that sports and games are part and parcel of student life. At times such arrangement can remove our monotony and make us mentally and physically vigorous. Moreover, sports play an important part in acquiring education in the fullest sense. We would like to manage everything related to this match. But as per the rule of our institution, we need your permission and co-operation too.

 

So, we therefore, hope and believe that your mind would be kind enough to permit us to arrange the match and provide us with necessary instruction to make it a successful event.
