Suppose, you are Shabana Ahmed. You booked a ticket from a travel agency. But owing to unavoidable circumstances, you have to cancel your fixed journey. Write an e-mail to the manager of the travel agency to cancel the ticket booked for you.

Subject: Cancellation of a booked ticket. 

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you regretfully that I had booked a ticket for Dhaka bound chair coach. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, I am unable to go to Dhaka on the fixed date. It is not possible at all. So, it would be a great favour to me if I could cancel the ticket. The ticket is of the coach no 42, on 11 November, 2013. The seat booked for me is B1. I believe that it would not be a loss to your company as I am informing you about the cancellation 3 days earlier.  I would be benefited if you could consider my case and cancel the ticket booked for me.
