Sir/Madam,

We, the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that/This is to inform you that ours is one of the oldest schools of the city. It has sufficient name and fame across the city. Hence, we feel proud to be the student of such an institution. But it is a matter of great regret that we have no computer club in our school. You know that computer is greatly beneficial for us all. It will accelerate the motion of our study and help to prepare our study materials. It will enrich our general knowledge too. In fact, in this modern age, computer is pervasively closed with education. We think that we are lagging far behind in comparison with the other developed countries for want of the proper knowledge about computer. By forming a computer club, we will be able to know the pros and cons of it.

We, therefore, hope and believe that considering the necessity of a computer club, you would be kind enough to take all the necessary steps for setting up a computer club.
