Dear Sir,

 

I would like to draw your kind attention about an urgent matter. Our school is one of the best schools in the city. We all are lucky to be a member of this reputed institution. We have all sorts of educative amenities here. But it is a matter of regret that the condition of our common room is below the standard. There is not enough space and furniture in our common room. Only two dailies are supplied in the common room which is quite insufficient to meet the need of the students. There is no arrangement of playing indoor games like chess, karam etc. Even the number of chairs and tables are inadequate in the common room. Hence, students loiter here and there in the campus during their leisure. We need a few chairs and tables and at least two dailies and two magazines for our common room.

 

In the circumstances stated above, I hope that you would be kind enough to take immediate steps as early as possible for increasing the facilities of our common room.
